Ken Levine, the designer for 2K Games' BioShock, revealed that he was threatened over the use of DRM in the PC version of the game. The game requires an active Internet connection and you can only install the game twice. (Sounds worse than Spore to us.) "When we had the copy protection issues come out, I was out there talking about the product; I didn't run away from that," says Levine. "And frankly I got some nasty f**king threats."

Levine says, "at the end of the day, if you like it or hate it, the decision for it to be in the game was mine." Actually, I'm pretty sure no one likes it. Stop complaining to us.
