DOER to study barriers to new munis
Section 107 of the Green Communities Act, known as Chapter 169 of the Acts of 2008, signed by Governor Deval Patrick on July 2, 2008 directs the Department of Energy Resources to study by January 1, 2009 the fiscal impact, viability, barriers and long-term results of establishing new munis in Massachusetts.
